01 Dispatch schedules
Orders received before 3 PM (local hub time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3 PM are dispatched the next business day.
We dispatch six days a week (MondayβSaturday) from all US hubs. Sunday dispatch is available by arrangement.
02 Carriers and service levels
We work with a curated network of carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, and LaserShip. Service levels available include Next Day Air, 2-Day, Ground, Tracked Economy, and International Express.
Carrier selection is made at the order level using our rate-shopping engine, balancing speed and cost.
03 Tracking and notifications
Every dispatched order receives tracking information that is pushed to your store and to the end-customer (where you have configured this).
04 Delays
Carrier delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak season. Where a shipment is more than 48 hours late at the destination, we will proactively raise a delivery investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
05 Lost and damaged shipments
For domestic US orders, a shipment is considered lost after 10 business days from dispatch (3 for Next Day Air services). For international orders, the threshold is 25 business days. Our team manages claims with carriers on your behalf and credits replacements at the underlying cost of goods.
06 International, duties and taxes
We offer DDP and DAP shipping internationally. For DDP, we calculate and collect duties and taxes at checkout. For DAP, recipients are responsible for any duties levied on import.
07 Address accuracy
Orders dispatched to incorrect addresses provided in source order data are not refundable. We strongly recommend using address-verification at checkout.
